How does my Qarshout account balance work?
Your account uses one unified balance. Completed deposits and bonuses add to that balance, while withdrawals, applicable charges, and other authorised deductions reduce it. Qarshout does not require a separate deposit or withdrawal wallet.
What happens after I submit a deposit or withdrawal request?
Your request enters the Cashier network and opens a live waiting screen. The page shows that Qarshout is searching for a compatible payment agent and updates when an agent accepts the request.
Why should I keep the live waiting page open?
The waiting page keeps the current request visible and automatically moves you into the P2P trade flow after an agent accepts it. You may leave the page, but avoid creating duplicate requests; you can reopen an active request from your transaction history.
When is a withdrawal deducted?
The requested amount is reserved or deducted from your available account balance when the withdrawal request is submitted. This prevents the same funds from being used twice while an agent is being matched. If an eligible request is cancelled, the system applies the appropriate reversal.
How does the P2P trade lifecycle work?
Once matched, the transaction follows the existing protected flow: escrow, payment, proof, verification, release, completion, cancellation, or dispute where applicable. Always follow the instructions shown inside the active trade.
How are payment methods and exchange rates selected?
Available payment methods and their rates are configured for the relevant market. Before submitting a request, review the payment method, rate, amount you send, and exact amount you receive.
What should I do if a payment agent does not respond?
Keep all communication and evidence inside the transaction. Do not send funds outside the displayed instructions. If the trade cannot be completed, use the available cancellation or dispute controls and contact support with the transaction ID.
How do I protect my account?
Use a strong unique password, keep your login and verification codes private, verify payment details before sending money, and never accept instructions to continue a Qarshout trade outside the platform.
