1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, visiting an authenticated area, or using a Qarshout service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and meet any age or eligibility requirement displayed during registration.
2. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for protecting your password, verification codes, device access, and account activity. Qarshout may request identity, payment-method, source-of-funds, or other verification before enabling or completing certain services.
- Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Qarshout may restrict an account while security or compliance checks are completed.
3. Unified account balance
Qarshout uses one account balance for deposits, withdrawals, applicable charges, bonuses, credits, reversals, and other authorised ledger entries. A successful deposit adds to that balance. A withdrawal or charge reduces the available balance. Amounts may be reserved while a withdrawal or P2P request is active to prevent duplicate use.
Your displayed balance is based on the platform ledger. If you believe an entry is incorrect, contact support promptly with the relevant transaction ID and evidence.
4. Cashier and P2P requests
A deposit or withdrawal request may be published to the Cashier network for a compatible payment agent to accept. Submission does not guarantee immediate matching. While a request is waiting, do not create duplicates. When an agent accepts, the request moves into the existing P2P trade interface.
Payment agents are users participating in the P2P process. Their displayed availability, completion history, and rating may help you make decisions but are not guarantees of future performance.
5. Escrow, payment, proof, and release
Matched trades follow the platform lifecycle, which may include escrow reservation, payment instructions, proof submission, verification, release, cancellation, expiry, and dispute review. Only send the exact amount to the payment details shown inside the active transaction.
- Do not mark a payment as sent before it has actually been sent.
- Do not release escrow until the required payment is confirmed.
- Keep receipts, references, and communications relevant to the trade.
- Do not move the transaction outside Qarshout to avoid platform controls.
6. Rates, fees, bonuses, and financial risk
Exchange rates, payment-method rates, limits, charges, bonuses, and expected receivable amounts are shown before confirmation or in the relevant account area. They may change based on market conditions, payment method, availability, or platform configuration.
Any investment, reward, or profit feature carries risk. Past performance, examples, or projected figures do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for deciding whether a service is suitable for you and for obtaining independent financial, tax, or legal advice where appropriate.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Qarshout for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorised account access, false payment claims, chargeback abuse, impersonation, market manipulation, unlawful goods or services, harassment, system interference, or activity that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Qarshout may suspend, limit, investigate, or close accounts and may preserve records or cooperate with lawful requests where necessary to protect users, the platform, or comply with law.
8. Cancellations, reversals, and disputes
Cancellation availability depends on the transaction stage. A request may not be cancellable after payment has been reported or another protected step has begun. Where a dispute is opened, Qarshout may review transaction events, payment evidence, messages, account records, and other relevant information before deciding what platform action is appropriate.
You agree to respond promptly and provide genuine evidence. A platform decision does not prevent any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
9. Service availability and third parties
Qarshout may update, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features. Availability can also be affected by networks, banks, mobile-money providers, payment processors, hosting services, or other third parties. Qarshout is not responsible for a third party's independent systems, terms, delays, or outages.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Qarshout does not guarantee uninterrupted access, immediate matching, investment profit, or error-free third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qarshout is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
Qarshout may update these Terms to reflect platform, legal, security, or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page with an effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Contact and applicable law
These Terms are interpreted under laws applicable to the Qarshout service and your use of it. Mandatory rights in your location remain unaffected. Questions, notices, or complaints can be sent through the contact page or to info@qarshout.com.
